Help me reach my goal by June 3rd!
Hi Glenn,
Right now, more than 113,000 people in the U.S. are waiting for lifesaving organ transplants. Despite the fact that one organ donor can save the lives of up to eight people, sadly, 18 people die every day while waiting to receive the gift of life. This year, I have decided to join the fight to raise awareness about the importance of organ and tissue donation by riding with Team Transplant at the 2012 Subaru Elephant Rock.
One June 3rd, I will join an inspiring group of supporters, transplant recipients, living donors, and donor families cycling to raise awareness for this incredible cause. I have committed to ride 100 miles and raise $500 for the American Transplant Foundation so that more people can understand what it means to save lives through organ and tissue donation. The transplant recipients and living donors among us will also ride to prove that it IS possible to lead a healthy, active lifestyle after a transplant.
Please help me reach my goal by visiting my personal fundraising page today. Your 100% tax-deductibe donation will support the American Transplant Foundation's programs that aim to increase organ and tissue donation.
Thank you.
P.S. If you haven't already registered as an organ and tissue donor or if you'd like to learn more about this incredible cause, please visit http://AmericanTransplantFoundation.org.

Hi Matt,
Would you mind passing this along to the club:
Dr. Jeff Stripling, the chiro who works for me at DCC is raising money for the American Transplant Foundation by riding the 100 miler at Elephant Rock on June 3rd. Below is the link to his donation page. For those of you who don't know, Jeff donated a kidney to his father a few years ago. You can read his story on the page.
Anyway, if any of you would be willing to donate a little bit, that'd be great. Thanks!
