Good Afternoon:

 

My name is Veronique Van Gheem and I am writing to inform you about the “Dream Team” program initiated by Denver’s Center for Legal Inclusiveness. ( http://www.centerforlegalinclusiveness.org/initiatives/pipeline-working-group/  ) Today, five Dream Teams headed by federal and state judges visit local schools and institutions to reach out to students about the importance of education.  The Dream Teams also go into schools to talk about careers in law, participate in workshops or classes with students, and advise mock trial or Urban Debate League Teams. I am a Colorado attorney and a member of U.S. Federal District Court Judge Christine Arguello’s Dream Team.

 

Judge Arguello would like to reach out to organizations serving Colorado’s Spanish speaking community. If you are interested in having Judge Arguello’s Dream Team present to participants in your programs or organizations, please contact me at the information listed below. We would also appreciate if you could spread the word to other organizations you think might be interested in our community services.
