I am thinking about Srini ji or Vidya doing the MC role tomorrow. In speaking with Nagendra, he is not sure if he can make it. 

I request every one of you to be at the MLK Library at 1.20p so we can do the setup and start the program at 2p.

Agenda for tomorrow's valediction event

1.20p to 1.55p - Assemble & set up

2p to 2.02p: Welcome Everyone and Guest of Honor  (Srini ji or Vidya)

2.03p to 2.08p: Overview of Sewa Colorado (Krishna)

2.10p to 2.15p: Shrikant Arya brief intro about VITA and the effort behind the scenes (Shrikant ji)

2.17 to 2.22p: IRS Official Guest Evette Speech (Evette)

2.25 to 2.30p: IRS Official Guest#2 Speech (

2.30p to 2.33p: Choodamani Speech (Choodamani ji)

2.35p to 3.00p: Certificate Distribution to 11 volunteers by IRS Official followed by Sewa Certificate distribution (IRS Certificate given by IRS Official & Sewa Certificate by Vidya ji)

3.00p - 3.30p: Clean up & disperse (Sewa Volunteers)
