[Altitude Multisport Club] Track starts tomorrow 6:15pm

Track workouts start tomorrow night and every Tuesday night, 6:15pm.
Ponderosa High School in Parker (south Parker so close to Castle Rock
too).

While there, be sure to congratulate coach Charo Gonzalez Egan for
finishing 2nd in her age group (13th overall female) at the brutal St.
Croix 70.3, earning a slot at Kona!

Directions from Parker:
Travel south on South Parker Road/83 past the Pinery. Take a left/east
on E. Bayou Gulch Rd. Track is on the left.

Directions from Castle Rock:
From Founders Area- Take 86 East. At intersection at Franktown take
Left and travel north on South Parker Road/83. Take a right/east on
E. Bayou Gulch Rd. Track is on the left.
From Meadows Area- Take Founders Pkwy past Target and AFTER the light
at Fowl Line, take a Left onto N Crowfoot Valley Rd, Turn Right at
Pradera Pkwy and travel to the end (at first stop) take right onto E.
Bayou Gulch Rd, continue through light (crossing over Parker Road/
83). Track is on the left.
