One of my favorite parts of being involved with Altitude Multisport is the inspiration that I draw from our fellow members.
Some inspiration comes from members who never thought they could run a 10k and end up proving to themselves that they can do more than they ever imagined. Other inspiration comes from headline-grabbers like these:
Charo Egan (coach of our track workouts at Ponderosa High School, the first of which is tonight at 6:15pm) took second in her age group at the St. Croix 70.3.
Tammie Kutina won her age group in last weekend's Ridgeline Rampage XC race.
Congratulations! And thanks. Gives me patience with myself and encourages me to make today one in which I move forward in my training.
