To refresh your memory about where we left off last fall, please go to the City's web site (www.springsgov.com/RRC) to take a look at the results from the meetings held in September and October. You accomplished a lot of good work at those meetings, and we intend to build on that foundation and move forward from there. Since we last met, the Tapis and Associates team has  analyzed your input from all the previous meetings, identified areas where further public input is needed, and begun assessing management and operational components with the Parks staff.

In order to address one of the concerns we heard from some of you attending last fall's meetings, we plan to spend less time at each of the meetings giving you information. To accomplish this, we'll ask each of you to "do your homework" by reviewing this information prior to each meeting so you can spend more time hearing from each other and less time hearing from us. Prior to each meeting we will be posting online the information to be considered at that meeting.

We will be in touch again in a few weeks with information about how to prepare for the first meeting on Aug. 1. Hope your summer is off to a great start and we will look forward to seeing each one of you again in August. If you have questions, don't hesitate to send me an email.
