Sewa Denver Canopy, table, foldable chairs needed for Sewa booth - Need help

Namaste,

 

We need the following for Sewa Booth for the Fair & Cricket Tournament. Please reach out to your friends and see if they can loan us the following.

 

1. Atleast 2 Tables (4 feet wide and 3 feet tall)

2. Atleast 6-10 foldable chairs

3. 2 Canopy large enough (10x20 or larger)

4. Easels to display Sewa Accomplishments

 

I don't know if any of you can contact Sridhar Babu, who has Canopy that was used in Shridi Baba Events.

 

 

Thanks again, please respond to all or feel free to update the googledocs spreadsheet - (please go ahead and create a Event logistics tab at the end and update this info).
