I am just trying to get more clarity. sorry for bugging you. here are my questions
When i contact radio stations i will be giving the following options (elaborating on ur requirments u sent a day back)
1. Sponsoring a Cricket Team ($300 - $500) including T Shirts with their brand on it - i guess without T-Shirts it is not attractive for sponsors.
2. Putting a booth at the Fair with music limited to stall - What is the Donation for this
3. Putting a booth with music for break time - what is the Donation for this, this can be only one radio station
4. Just hanging a banner around - what is the Donation for this.
I am assuming the booths can give away freebies as part of their advertisements
Few things i will have to request them do for free is

1. Publicity on the Radio channel announcing about our program.
2. Cover the event.
Just to make sure we are not overbooking 2. Cover the event.
Is there a spreadsheet where we can list number of booths available and currently booked, that would help us while talking to sponsors i guess.
