This is a 20 to 30 mile loop at a no drop pace.

Saturday - Castle Rock Run
The Saturday AM Run Crew will be running out once again from Lost Coffee in the Meadows located in Castle Rock this Saturday at 8AM. This is a great running group for anyone to join up with (AMC members or not - so if you know anyone looking to run, bring them along!)

This is a "no drop" type run meaning that no one will be left behind, so if you (or someone you know) is new to running there is no fear of being left behind. We have distances, courses and paces for every level so you are bound to find someone to pair up with and run with!

Sunday - AMC group ride from Parker Rec Center
Hans is back from that vacation that made everyone (me?) jealous - he says "Sunday No Drop Ride. Starting from Parker Req Center. Who is in? Also moving the start time earlier to meet up at 7:15 am and wheels down 7:30 am depart. Let me know. So I can make an accurate count and figure out groups based on need/ability."  If you can RSVP on our Facebook page, please do so.

If you're not racing, this is a great weekend to come run or ride with fellow members.  Get connected!  Get on our Facebook page and ask who's going somewhere you want to go - I'll bet we see some chatter about open water swims, too.
