Greetings from San Pancho (Nayarit), Mexico - I feel like I'm on a different planet from Douglas County, Colorado!
We have a big weekend going on for our Club, including some members racing:
Loveland Lake to Lake: Loren Steen, Matt Newport, Neal McLaughlin - with an altered bike course to stay out of the fire!
Ironman Coeur d'Alene: Larry Mason

We have some great club workouts this weekend - come train with your fellow members!
Saturday morning swim/run:
Swimming at Aurora Rez, 7am, followed by a run for those that need a brick. This Sat am meet up at Quincy and Powhaton Rd before going into the park with those who have a rez pass.
Saturday morning Castle Rock run:
The Saturday AM Run Crew will be running out once again from Lost Coffee located in the Meadows in Castle Rock this Saturday at 7AM.
Sunday morning ride from Parker Rec Center:
No drop ride. Meet-up / ride briefing at 7:00 am, wheels down/ depart 7:15 am sharp. (Note this is 15 minutes earlier per suggestion to Beat the Heat). See https://www.facebook.com/groups/altitudemultisport/files/ for information on our Club rides.
