Board Meeting reminder:

A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Community Coordinating Metropolitan District No. 1, of the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado, will be held on Monday, June 18, 2012, at1:30 p.m. at the offices of McGeady Sisneros, P.C., 450 E. 17th Avenue, Suite 400, Denver, Colorado.

 

As many of you know, our earlier efforts focused on Triangle Parks, and in particular, Eddie Maestas Park. Over the last several months the dialogue has expanded greatly, and now encompasses much of the public realm throughout nearby neighborhoods and the surrounding community. Seeing as this meeting is open for public comment, those of you with interest in the revitalization efforts at Triangle Parks, the 24^th Street Corridor, Sonny Lawson Park and Benedict Fountain Park, are invited to join in and participate in this ongoing conversation.

Attached you'll find the Board Meeting Agenda. We'll be covering a lot of ground and anticipate taking a substantial amount of time to discuss approval of certain implementation plans and opportunities developed by both the Temporary Vision Working Group and the Long Term Vision Working Group.

 

Long Term Working Group Meeting reminder:

Monday's regularly scheduled 11AM meeting at Redline will be cancelled on Monday June 18^th, but will resume as usual the following Monday. For those of you who have not participated in one of these Long Term Vision meetings, please stop by and say hi! There's always a great deal of exciting ideas and opportunities discussed for Historic Five Points and more!
