[The Network] Survey for Human Service Network members

To Whom it May Concern: 

I am working with Tracey Stewart at CCLP to perform a survey with membership in several anti-poverty, economic opportunity coalitions and collaborations. I was hoping you could help us distribute this survey to your membership with the following note:

Dear Human Service Network Member,

I am working with Tracey Stewart and the Colorado Center on Law and Policy to document the diverse network of stakeholders that are also committed to increasing self-sufficiency and securing justice and economic security. To do that, we have created this 15 minute survey that will help us to establish a baseline understanding of the roles of all the different stakeholders who are working to reduce poverty and increase economic opportunity in Colorado. 

We would appreciate your response to this survey by COB on June 27, 2012.  Additionally, we would also request that you pass this to your coalition and collaboration networks to encourage their participation as well.
