AGENDA:

 

  1. Discussion with Caryn Wenzara of Community Planning and Development regarding the tentative 2012 work plan for the Planning Services Section of CPD.
  2. Discussion with Michelle Pyle of CPD of latest proposed text amendment to the Zoning Code, relating to nonconforming signs. CPD is fulfilling its promise to brief the INC ZAP committee about all proposed text amendments.
  3. Discussion with Marcus Pachner of redevelopment of 30-acre former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center at 9th and Colorado Blvd. into new mixed-use project.
  4. Discussion of whether "return on investment" should be a consideration in planning and rezoning issues.
  5. Further review and update of INC's 2006 Sidewalk Position Statement.
  6. Any other business or issues.
  7. Adjourn – 11:30
