Subject: EVENT: College Friday is April 6th

Dear Service Providers,

College in Colorado have been one of our regular partners in our Immigrant Service Provider Group.  They are having a College Friday Day this Friday.  There are a variety of events but what is of particular interest to our communities is a way for students to practice for their ACT's for free on their website and the waiving of the application fee for people who are going to apply for Colorado State University-Global Campus.

Immigrant integration is a dynamic, two-way process in which newcomers and the receiving society work together to build secure, vibrant, and cohesive communities. As an intentional effort, integration engages and transforms all community members, reaping shared benefits and creating a new whole that is greater than the sum of its parts (Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees).
