Information about the pending DZC text amendment regarding termination of nonconforming (on-premises) signs has been posted on CPD's website at the link below.  You will find both a summary of the text amendment, as well as the actual proposed redlined text changes to Article 12, Section 12.9.1 of the Denver Zoning Code.  The Denver Planning Board is scheduled to consider the amendment at a public hearing on Wednesday, May 16, 2012.
