Hello,
This is Pavan Kota, a volunteer of Sewa International USA, Denver Chapter. Sewa is a volunteer-driven 501c3 non-profit organization that is involved in many humanitarian and development projects.

Sewa-Denver is organizing a cricket trournament on June 17 @ Littleton & June 24 @ Longmont, all proceeds of which would go towards our Post War Rehabilitation Effort in SriLanka. We would appreciate if you could publicize our event in Gazette. We are expecting more than 500 audience.

Also if you are interested, you can particiapte in the event by doing any of the following
1. Sponsoring a Cricket Team ($300 - $500) including T Shirts with your brand on it.
2. Putting a booth (10x10) at the Fair with music limited to stall - $250
3. Putting a booth (10x10) with music for all at break time  - $500
4. Hanging a banner in the ground - $150

How can you help the event? You can help in one or multiple ways..
1.  Be part of a team playing cricket and have fun! (The deadline to be part of the team is June 3rd, 2012). You don't need experience to be part of a team to play cricket.
2.  Donate money for the fundraiser which will help the people in SriLanka to build schools, help widows to gain social status and living, educate destitute children , orphans, etc.
3.  Volunteer your time to help with specific activities and enjoy watching Cricket at the same time.
4.  Come for the Mela and watch Cricket. That's right, by being there you and your family can enjoy activities, savor delicious Indian and other Ethnic food and watch cricket
5.  Spread the word amongst your friends!

Listed below are few of the recent major tasks that Sewa Denver Chapter has successfully completed.
1) Donating 50 bicycles, helmets, pumps and locks to help bhutanese refugee children to commute to school.
2) Monthly Bus Passes worth $500 to kids staying far away from school.
3) IRS VITA site at Aurora to help elderly, disabled, limited English speaking and low-income people preapre their taxes for free.

Please find Attached the flyer and Press Release for the Sewa Colorado Cricket Tournament (Tennis ball) and Mela (Fair) on June 17 and June 24.

Appreciate your time,
Pavan
