Parking/Trail instructions?

I've posted a time or two, but mostly lurk on this group. Got my P2
last summer, gaining flights/time up in Boulder.

Anyway, my dad is in town and I was thinking a fun little hike would
be to hike up Mt. Hermann early Friday morning. Can anyone send me
directions on where to park, and trail instructions? Anyone know the
distance and elevation gain? No, I'm not bringing my wing yet!

I'll be coming from Castle Pines, so obviously hopeful to someday
switch to the south....much closer!
